The Vision of Golf for the 21st Century
Mission Statement To grow the game of golf by reaching new demographics, young and old. To teach them the short game first in a non-threatening controlled setting indoors. To provide instruction, practice, recreation and competition in a friendly, safe environment with up to 24/7 access for new, latent and existing golfers alike, accommodating their busy personal schedules. To be a ‘feeder’ venue which will transition new and latent golfers to local public and private golf facilities.
Golf Industry’s Dilemma The problem could not be stated any clearer: The golf industry has failed to grow the game of golf because it has simply failed to accommodate and indoctrinate new golfers within its existing framework.
The Solution A low-cost, time-shortened play golf course, employs a counter-culture venue to this failing existing formula. It invites and then nurtures previously unexposed and new demographics to the game of golf, while improving the skills of the current base of golfers. This new venue changes the way golf is looked at, and how a participant begins, develops and sustains their relationship with the game.
